  • @NewenglandsJeep THANKS! They all go back that the best part FOR SURE.... if keep them all i would be dead from PCB poisoning! Once more THANKS!

  • This a really good video. When I tell people I fish for stripers they think I'm sitting on a cooler drinking beers or something. Instead of describing what I'm actually doing, I'm just going to show them this. Good work, nice fish!

  • @Aquaman37 Yes, this is cooler free fishing! I love beer but you can bring with you these trips if you want to catch fish and get home.

  • @brianmoc u guys ever go fishin at bass rocks? That's where the big ones are!

  • What's the biggest striper u ever got at long beach? U ever get only schoolies? U ever catch then in open sun in hot summer?

  • @Thelaxprofisherman What's the biggest striper long beach 48 30+ pounds.schoolies are for good harbor? sun in hot summer is made for lures and surf!

  • Not 40 inches unless the guy is 8ft tall, more like 30

  • @Thelaxprofisherman trust me its that big! we get crap from people all the time so we have a tape! :)

  • Clams?

  • Longbeach? Rocks near big house?

  • @Thelaxprofisherman end of long beach yes

  • Jumping rocks with Korkers.... now that takes some skill

  • @xxxtremesportsxxx :) its fun and gets your heart going but its all about the fishing! :)

  • @brianmoc wat kind of st croix. srry 4 askin im just lookin 4 a new rod and that ones nice

  • @GREEKgangsta15 that is the triumph made in China but there is a Premium version for a few extar buck. I would got with that and you are not bugging me.

  • @brianmoc yee id rather go wit the least expensive cuz my financial situation aint that great hahaha. besides that stick looks like it can handle some big ass fish

  • @GREEKgangsta15 That is the creepiest one but good luck.

  • @brianmoc creepiest one wtf?

  • @GREEKgangsta15 that St Croix is a 10 foot triumph for 140$ and is just as good as the 200-400$ one.

  • @brianmoc theyre actually 120 i found out. and yeah thats wat i meant id rather get the cheaper one which is just as gud. how am i bein creepy?

  • @GREEKgangsta15 CHEAP or cheapest! pole SORRY ABOUT THAT! spelling error on creepy! :)

  • @brianmoc oh srry bout that haha. hey r u usin braid in this?

  • @GREEKgangsta15 braid right to the lure!

  • nice fish, what did u catch her on?

  • Gibbs raindow pencil popper 1 oz

  • cool

  • i would say Porter B there got a 25p? more about the foot work on this one.

  • 30 lbs? Maybe 20 but nowhere near 30.

  • Not trying to insult anyone, but Im surprised he landed it.He was throwing a lot of slack in the line and pointing the rodtip at the fish during the fight.Doing this will give a big fish the chance to throw the hook.Dragging it up the rocks then dropping it doesnt boost return survival rates either.A good quality landing net makes things so much easier.

  • @northshorerathunta the video is in 2d so when the rod tip drops like that in the video its running down the face of the rocks. You have to take that risk to keep the line off the top of the rocks. PLUS ITS 14 Pound Test!!!!! :) on a 30 pound fish! :) & no net is better than the old school gaff? Ya, a gaff i do not have one but they are there.

  • Hi there, amazing video ..where is this location ???

  • wow yeah honestly that fish was out for a while! nice catch though looks like fun

  • @hehekid1 ya, they are out for about 3min but its hard to watch you back for waves, not slip, get hocked as it moves. :) its not a beach. he tried! :) & the key is its back in the wate running free. .

  • @brianmoc yeah thats sweet- catch and release is the only way to go. sweet vid btw

  • would be good to work some water over that fish's gills after having been out of the water for a few minutes. Get her feeling lively again before releasing. Realize that might be difficult from those rocks - but he looked pretty spry hopping back and forth. Just a thought. Nice fish!

  • nice catch
