Just wanted to say I haven't cut for 48 days :) From once every day or more to none. Watching these videos have helped distract me and release the tension in a different way. I also finally found someone who truly is understanding and I can talk to even in a moment of crisis and they are there for me. I want to thank you for your videos and keep them up! great video cracked up loads but what really stroke a chord with me was the pants on the punchbag. when i was seven my friends dog mauled my head and face and i had to be operated on so they had to weigh me. my mom drew the curtain and undressed me to put one of the punchbag gowns on. i then had to walk up the ward to the scales and all i was concerned with was could the nurses see me bum. crazy how with age your whole outlook can shift and you become less concerned with the little things.peace.
