@ringostarruk2 Well I can't hate Mr. Chapman, and I doubt John would either... It was just his time to go... He had fulfilled his life purpose, to just bring peace and love and happiness through his music and life, and he was a beautiful person, and soul, and he is immortal. It's only his body that's dead, his music still plays and his love is still spread, and it always will. And as long as I live I will make sure it always will... He's still alive, he lives through you and me...

I love this. It really has a message besides just give peace a chance. Everyone is all caught up in things and never really looks at what the real matters are. I love John Lennon because he was so clever and really knew what he was talking about.

"War is over..if you want it"--John Lennon John was an amazing guy- he was the only hope for peace, for example the Vietnam war was ended by thousands of peacful protesters singing lennon's give peace a chance song along with Peter,Paul & Mary, proving it could be done. Lennon was a musical genius,& smarter than the average politician- knowing what was good for the world (peace and love)- It's sad that a man who was dedicated to peace was murdered, but his messages live on if u promote them.

i have never in my life seen a person with black skin. nor have i seen one with white skin. no one is white. no one is black. we are all shades of brown, red or yellow. there is no black and white. all we are saying is give peace a chance. people once sung this song in the streets by the thousands to protest the vietnam war. they held hands, sang and cried together. they were one. where is the outrage at the wars in iraq and afghanistan? where are the protests? where are the songs? are we lost?
