I am Polish Contractor ( we are installing solar panels and heating systems). I employ 10 people where 6 ( 1 Scottish) of them are English, 1 German and 3 Polish. English workers work as good as Polish

After years of experience I can say worker's hard work depends on his reward and even basic salary in UK is great for polish worker in comparison to mother country so they do their best to keep it up.

Doesn't matter where are you from but what person you are and what is your situation.
