everytime i try to sign into xbox online at my dashboard it freezes but when i play the game and sing into xbox live it works and it doesn't freeze.i dont know why it does that,i only have one reason in my head.
mine does it when i frist turn it on and havnt played in a while dumb xbox crap...my ps3 never died or any issues and it hasnt been turned off in 2 weeks stright....there u go sony there u go...lmao
@Anarchist86ed well it fails more then the xbox...i got a xbox like 2 years now and it works pretty good...why you americans got problems with it xD ps3= 12minutes loading time, 5minutes installing time, 7minutes trophie time and then after every cutscene 1 minute so xbox way better

ya my xbox had the 3 red lights on and then i did the penny deal w/ the thermal compound..and i put the compound under the heat sink..and it worked fine for about 2 weeks and now im having the 2 red lights again..i took back apart checked everything and it looks good but the red lights keep coming on as soon as i turn it on...is this kit going to just keep it cool or is it actually going to make it work?

it is ment to permently fix the 3 red lights the 2 red lights means it is over heating make sure all ur air vents arent blocked and try giveing it a good clean

@edchau02 I'm afraid... I must agree. My elite started freezing a week ago, and no reflow has fixed it. It's the 5th Xbox.
I.... have had enough. When I can afford a PS3 I'm done with these pieces of junk.
No Sony product has ever failed on me.

i think i found the problem my cable box is giving off heat and i think its sufficating my xbox....i pray it works now

its cuz you GPU is too hot it gets up to 71 to 77c way to hot find a way too cool that gpu down!!!
