Black Ops Stats - Team vs. No team.

I used to keep guys on my friends list who all had really high K/Ds, but I started noticing that those are the guys who don't care about winning. They all tend to have sub-1 w/l ratios, and thus I got tired of being the only guy diving on the B flag when we start losing. The highest k/d guys also seem to be Demo players who often take losses just to rape spawns. I deleted all of those guys and now roll with guys who all have ~2+ k/d's and ~2+ w/l ratios... currently on a 96 game win streak :)

aha well i totally agree with you , my KD sits at a 4.37 and i don't camp i run around the map but when it comes to playing Solo its hard to win , especially in objective games considering most people dont't know how to communicate at all or go for KD and still fail , personally i find that if your good enough then the only SOLO game you can play is FFA or TDM if you have the ability to carry the team , my W/L ration is .59 and my KD is 4.37 so i can relate to what you mean , GT = The Bogz

When I play with a team we usually play Demolition. We tend to spawn trap but it always seems like I am setting up the spawn trap, trying to push them back in to their spawn, and my friends are all just taking them as they spawn. That isn't really a bad thing but I would love to be the killer sometimes.

And a question: Where you using scavenger and DM? Also, where you using DM and Warlord? I suggest Scavenger and SoH with silencer.

I get so frustrated in Domination. It's 9/10 times that the team I'm assigned to is completely useless, they cap A and B, and then after that they run off as if that's it. Then there's time where we could be losing a flag, and no one what so ever on my team will react towards losing the flag, so it;s difficult to defend.

It's hard to play team objective games on this, so many single minded players who aren't team orientated. It's difficult.

I had one game with 58 kills 14 deaths 3 blackbirds 2 dogs 7 captures and 13 defends and still lost I just don't know what my teammates are doing half the time that I can get a very impressive score like that and play the objective and still lose

You're not too bad at the game but it says a lot about gameplay style when you're willing to post videos using a motion sensor while lying on the ground. Especially on a map as small as nuketown.

Same goes for the COD4 gameplay where all you did was sit on the roof the entire game. People don't want to see that. They want to see exciting gameplay with you actually outplaying people instead of standing three stories above completely out of sight.

Of my 1000 losses I'd say 20 of them I earned the loss (half of those I was probably messing around with my friends). The other 980 were me joining into a game almost done and losing, joined mid way through and losing, joining into a chopper rape fest and leaving to save my KD, or just a team so bad I couldn't do anything to save them regardless of how many kills/objectives I got.

Thats just how it is, masher. I'm the same way, i play by myself in objective modes because i like to win, and i end up quitting or rage quitting out of 40% of the games i play because im either against some full GB team, or im playing with people who go for kd. i have a 1.45 kd and a 1.04 w/l. and it pisses me off because its hard getting friends all online at once. :(

Dude- I know just what your talking about- Sometimes I just shout a Big "You're Welcome" after we've won the game and I've defended 20 flags and caped 8. Just the way it is when you're rolling by yourself and you're playing objective game types- Headquarters is even worse. I hate TDM (unless its in HALO). Almost every one I know who has a beast KDR is running with a team on a regular basis.

Perk 1: Light Weight Pro

Perk 2: Steady Aim Pro

Perk 3: Marathon Pro

Kill Streaks : Spy plan, Care package, and Chopper Gunner.
