  • this not punk at all

    this is coldwave

  • One word: Classic! Punx' not dead at all.

  • total bliss

  • Geordie says that "The best buzz EVER is going on stage and hearing the crowd go berserk on the 1st few chords!! Better than any drug"

  • Very nightmarish atmosphere. Swans were definitely heavily influenced by this.

  • pure, raw post-punk like you've never heard before. bravo

  • Yer all talking shit... it's not a Gretsch or a Les Paul or an SG... it's a very naughty Banjo!

  • conny plank should not be overlooked for his production on this album. awesome sound!!

  • you won't believe this: i'm 127 years old.

  • I hear 'echoes' of Nirvana in this song...

  • how the fuck does he get that guitar sound?

  • @r3playretro it's a Gretsch (and a great guitarplayer:-))

  • @henkpaardevet its a gibson es 295 in actual fact, connected to a BIIG amp

  • @kyzrvlhlm1995 This was not recorded with the ES295. Geordie played solid body guitars like Les Paul and SG before started with the ES295 in 1983.

  • @Eric22 noted. my bad

  • I'm 14 and this is one of my most listened to songs. 8]

Who says you have to be old to like Killing Joke? They're one of my favourite bands.

  • This track is IMO un-coverable! Fantastic guitar tone. I'm 41 too and its awesome to come across stuff like this from my youth. My 7 year old is gonna love this! lol. Happy days.

  • it is never too late! I'm 42, and this is the album that really changed my music life.

  • It grows on you.....

  • ...kin excellent-stinger

  • love this album

  • And they was drawn towards the Hum

Plenty more where We come from

  • Slowly, slowly all fall down

    A blindfold dance and a 1,2,3

    Swarm upset the gentle lamb

A hive don't hold no humble bee!

    Slowly, slowly, out it came,

    Tendencies that weren't the same

And they were drawn towards the Hum

Plenty more where We come from

  • wtf where was i at this is freaking brilliant music. im 43 this is my first time hearing this

  • @jedimagejoe never too late mate, try listening to thier 2003 album "Killing Joke"

  • @birdynumnumski i followed their 90's stuff when they went industrial. i didnt know they existed back the 80's I was into new wave then

  • @jedimagejoe Welcome!

  • @jedimagejoe I wouldn't worry mate. The LP to spawn this mesmerisingly dark piece is more relevant than ever before. Jaz and Geordie went off to Iceland in anticipation of the impending Armageddon. With the Middle East/N Africa in alarming meltdown this could be the beginning of the end predicted by Jaz Coleman all those years ago.

  • Magnificent production.

  • Such an underated album.

  • Killing joke as such as meshuggah watch the world below from the top of the entire universe....just one word: RESPECT!

  • OMG thnak you for posting this!!

    Fucking Brilliant! =)

  • the post-punk RED a la king crimson...

  • It s the post industrial pagan song...

The end is near , slowy, slowy all fall down

  • oh this is classic sterling!!!!

  • thanks trollmaster, i agree

  • my fave kj song

  • Awesome guitar tone on this song, especially the intro.

  • What a intro! Geordie is a genius, wall of sound.

    Masterpiece indeed!

  • @ARMINIUS44 HELL YEAH!!!
