  • what album is this song on

  • @ScrewVev0

It's off their unreleased 2nd album, it's called "the great divide". Same as some others on this page, such as wet pussycat, coffee song and about 5/6 others. You can't buy it coz it never got released but do what i did, get it on the d-low!

  • Love the song

  • 3 Idiots Last Day cannot come soon enough. Unida fucking rocks!

  • one of the greatest, ever!!!

  • dunno how any idiot can hate on this track, one of the greatest American classic rock anthems of all-time.

  • Btw if anyone wants this album........i may er, ahem, have a way of solving your "problem".

  • This bass line would be one of Scott Redder's finest moments I reckon. Its just perfect. Garcia's vox are superb too!! Unida Lives???

  • @TheCloudPoets this whole album was both Reeder AND Garcia's shining moment

  • hey man where did you get this track? id really like to have it

  • Best breakdown ever..

  • and im a mormon

  • Put on your sun glasses and prepare to fly high!!

  • Slipknot - confessions - clearly stolen this intro! Great song here

  • @cybercheese3 Well what do you expect? Slipknot are ball lickers. Stoner Rock FTW

  • Unida is an awesome band but that bass line is the same than From Where I Am by The quill ... and that sucks.

  • @fecapeluda lol GTFO one of the greatest rock bassists ever is playing this

  • @ConiferTreez GTFO ignorant piece of cr@p, the only music you know is this good copy of black sabath?. Sorry mate you're so lost better be you go to play with yourself :D

  • @fecapeluda LOL you live in your own world, kid. Unida are kings, you are nothing

  • @ConiferTreez Sad my friend very sad be proud of your ignorance.

  • @fecapeluda lol shut up, learn proper English/punctuation before you attempt an argument with someone in said language. Where the hell did you hear about these rock kings in the first place lol? how do you know about this video and why are you commenting on it? you are stankin up the room, kid

  • @ConiferTreez ok wanker for you that you dont even know the "ñ": De nuevo, a ver si entiendes, nadie dice que el tipo no sea buen bajista, el caso es que el "hermoso" riff que todos amamos es copiado cara dura de otra cancion The Quill - From Where I Am watch?v=6Az21FGiMyw 2:25, nadie quita calidad al grupo, es solo que hay que ver las cosas como son :)

  • @fecapeluda lol that Quill track sounds NOTHING like this, whatsoever, it seriously doesn't. The Quill are a sub-par, average rock band. Unida were mighty beasts, they had SCOTT REEDER on bass, John Garcia strait shits on the dude that sang for the Quill.

  • @ConiferTreez ok mate.

  • Good song.

  • great!!111

  • I've had this Unida stuff for years....find anything on EbaY...totally worth the 7 bucks! Too bad none of it went to the band.

  • The fact that this album was never released is one of the great tragedies in rock music. From front to back this album was amazing. Its funny that it was "accidentally leaked" when the record company shelfed it.

  • @Slash5348 easily the biggest tragedy in the history of rock considering when it was going to be released.

  • @ConiferTreez

When, in the history of rock, was it going to be released?... It's just the doubt here man...

  • Fuckin actually release this music so i can buy it and blast it in my car, please :(

  • ILL PASS

  • @MyTearsRmilk lol pass on what?

  • I have no idea why they don't realesed their second album. This stuff is amazing!

  • @realCarmack im not sure but i remember something about the record company not wanting to release it or something

  • @denhelderman are they fucking crazy? o.0

  • @realCarmack yes.....yes they are

  • @realCarmack Rick Rubin produced this album and it was set to come out via American Recordings. They shot videos for MTV and the whole bit.

  • guitar solo remembers me Peter Frampton's style

  • I came... Then I cried. And then I came again. And then I REJOICED.

  • i could listen to this all day

  • Truly one of the greatest American rock songs ever recorded.

This was the album that could've changed everything.

  • @ConiferTreez So true...how it never got released is beyond belief.

  • ...nice song ...one side of the room the girl in the middle.. in the middle.a candle...in the other side of the room myself ..rolling a joint...jejejee!!

  • Best song ^^

  • wich album is this ? can't find it !

  • Damit, i need lyrics for this song, but I can't find!

    Please need halp!!

  • ohh yea

  • this song is like sex for the ears!!!!

  • LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!

  • @Ampflarg

    Coma-sto tysiecy jednakowych miast <33

    it listen! ;d

  • I think it could be "load" rather then "love". You're right, thanks! And yes, it could be AIC song also at the beginning :)

  • And not to nitpick, but I think it's "You've left it to me...Just to go on..."

  • I've been searching everywhere for the lyrics with no luck...but I'd say you've got it right, except Im pretty sure it's "You're too much for the load"...meaning the burden that was put on him...

  • She was just building She was going away I take what the hell you really need babe Take it far away You didn't ask if you really need to Up on the beauty hill You shouldn't took the place for me Well on that very last yeah, well on that very last yeah 'Cause if you believe She was trying to conceive You've left it to me Just to go on You're too much for the love (I think that could be it, if somebody thinks something's wrong, please tell)
  • He was just hiding 'Side of the road Take with the fly high yeah The love road You hold your head so high So much for the love She was so blinded Too far gone to know 'Cause if you believe She's trying to conceive If left it to me Just to go on To know You're too much for the love
  • @bluetreba19 Fourth verse I think he says the low road

  • Not to compare, but sounds like something AiC would do. Love it...thanks for the post :).

    <3 Garcia's voice.

  • do they have a female background singer here? sounds like a female doubling Garcias lines in the verse.

  • I dont think so, I always thought it was Garcia harmonizing himself.

He has a great vox with a very diverse style, he is very impressive at doing those smooth high parts.

  • @omaha82

I wouldn't doubt about a female voice supporting Garcia in this particular song. I've seen old pictures of the band on the web and there's a woman with the band. However there's no reference about her in no place....

  • @omaha82

There's a Unida song in the other album called "You Wish". Search youtube for it and listen to Garcia's voice, I was surprised myself when I first heard it. Garcia is very capable as a vocalist.

  • no words to describe this song.Same class as Kyuss's Space Cadet. Anyone has the lyrics?

  • The Master John Garcia

  • i love this song....garcia is so fucking awesome...really great this guy

  • i saw em live a long time ago and this song was over 17 min..mind blowing

  • fuck man why are stoner records so hard to find! i just paid 70 bucks for coping with the urban coyote and i was lucky.

  • do they use two basses in this song??

  • amazing how such an incredible voice remains unknown and underrated, and shitheads like jason mraz are praised by media and mainstream audiences. maybe its better this way garcia will always get the appreciation he deserves by the few people with good taste in this planet...

  • love the bassline

  • i don't know if this song is the better one... dude, "wet pussycat" is so high : it's my definition of rock'n'roll... In fact, very difficult to tell about which one is the better one. I know just one thing : John Garcia fuckin' rules !!!

  • which wet pussycat sounds better tho...i think the Unida/Dozer split version was better! haha

JOHN GARCIA is God, plain and simple! haha

  • Stoner rock as its best!

  • yes best of unida,

  • I love this song... it's so beautiful... definitely up there with Kyuss' Whitewater

  • You said it man :)

  • Maybe their best song together with You Wish.

Love the riff and bass in this :)

Oh and John's easy voice int he start.

  • first time i've heard this song, and i'm high...

  • the best of unida
