  • Slade haircut, heroin and horrid clothes. WOW.

  • Good. - Erkele

  • Aussie 70s rock - best rock eva!

  • hes like 4 ft tall

  • cool echt coll

  • Angus Young played guitar on this :D

  • @ACDCFan15Swe No but he and his band Tantrum did play it together with Evie

  • The verse guitar riff is almost similar to Evie Part 1

  • this sounds good as a single but not great live.....

  • Malcolm young from ac/dc played guitar on this song. In fact, he played guitar on stevie's first solo album "Hard Road"

  • Great song. Pity Stevie can't remember much about it!

  • were bon scott and stevie wright twins seperated at birth?

  • classic slice of oz-rock. remember this on the comp "mind bender" back in 75. brutal!

  • he would have made a great replacement for Bon...unfortunately the drugs took hold

  • @peona1 Not strong enough voice

  • Where's the fuck'n band?!

  • Its Angus. Check out the only authorized ac/dc bio "Maximum Rock" page 85... "Angus can be heard ripping it up on "Guitar Band" the first single from Stevie Wrights yet to be realeased second album "blackeyed bruiser." Malcolm did play on "the hard road" album doing the rhythm and Harry Vanda playing lead... That enough proof for ya bestywins?

  • Discovered this song on Walmarts music download. It ROCKS.

  • No it is actually Harry Vanda playing lead on this.

  • And also Wikipedia

  • It was Malcolm Young not Angus that played with Stevie Wright Check out The Black Eyed Bruiser

  • Reminds of AC/DC's "Rock 'n' Roll Singer" (from a narrative P.o.V).

  • Truly awful song from a man who was teetering on the brink of addiction oblivion. Hopefully his life is better in 2009.

  • Go Stevie! And that flip is a doozy, too bad the camera didn't quite catch it that well, coz the viewer could be mistaken in thinking that he actually fell over instead. In any case - he is THE real thing. He's on a 'spoken word' tour at the moment. I'm going to see him at the Canberra Playhouse this Thursday night June 11 09. Can't wait to hear his retrospective and his general views on life.

  • @Stumblefuck I totally agree with you there!

  • @garyco34 You should read "AC/DC Maximal rock & roll" and you will have you answer. Why? George Young played guitar in Easybeat

  • Where's Stevie now??

  • Living down the NSW South Coast.

  • Stevie Wright, what a great Rock n Roll singer you are.Listen to the phrasing- Bon Scott sounded similar. Nobody sings rock n roll like Stevie and Bon-both brilliant!.
