  • MOSS IS A MOTHERFUCKER

  • I wish that Ron would have shaved off his moustache and kept his original look as Richie, that would have been EXACTLY like old times if Ron had shaved off his moustache. :)

  • Richie and Ralph came back!

  • I don't like the new theme song.

  • I wish that Ron Howard and Donny Most would have come back permanently for the last season of Happy Days, and in the opening credits, it would have gone back to Starring Ron Howard, Henry Winler, etc. :)

  • a real soldier should do this in real life when he or she comes home...

  • 3:04 that is not how I remember this? but I remember the episode...

  • now these episode s are supposed to be 1965 or so...

  • I cant believe Ron Howard wore a wig in this episode, Part 2, the final episode, season 6 and 7, maybe season 5, man he was getting bald like around Season 5 if anyone notice it.

  • the way ritchie and his mom hugg is the way my mother hugged me when i got back from the service i cry every time i see it , good mothers are rare but when you have one its the most special love ever

  • @myfriendangel1 Well, good mothers are not all that rare.

  • Does anyone remember that one episode where Ralph was determined to join the Marines, and he mentioned that he wouldn't have to worry about girls - and that, once he got out of the marines, Joanie would be grown? That's what I thought of when he saw Joanie in this episode. xP

  • @Pianowoman13 i think that was season 5 or 6-tell it to the marines eps all talk no new action

  • I know over time people change their minds on what they want in life as far as a job...but it wasn't supriseing they had Richie want to be a Director since Ron Howard was (and still is) a Director at the time.

  • i couldn't stop crying when this first aired. I still can't after 30 years.

  • Richie and Fonzie the best bromance.

  • If this was the fifties, what's with the eighties hairstyles?!?

  • @dharmaseed

Actually, by the time that this episode took place, the show was already in the mid-sixties. The episodes that took place in the fifties were made in the seventies.

  • i like that they had being introduced to richie's family first

  • they could have made them officers seein how they did graduate from college. just sayin

  • I wish that Ron would have shaved off his moustache, so he would look more like Richie, I wasn't crazy about the moustache that he had when he and Donny Most came back to the show.

  • The show wasn't half as good after they both left.

  • @lonechief That's because one character (no matter how popular that character is) can carry an entire ensemble show!!! The same (or similar scenario) happened with "Good Times" after John Amos was fired, and Esther Rolle left the show after season 4.

  • wow as a man i have to say this I LOVE JONIES BOOBIES!!!

  • my favorite intro and I like the clips from past to present nice touch.

  • I wish Richie had gone to California and joined the Manson Family.

  • Richie and Fonzie's reunion made me misty--not gonna lie.

  • Funny, is spite of the fact that he's much older and now has a mustache, Richie looks more like Opie in this episode than he ever did in early ones.

  • This was just like old times when Richie, Ralph, and Lori Beth returned home, but it's a shame that Richie and Ralph didn't stay on the show until the end, but I'm sure if Ron had stayed on, in the show's opening, it would have said Starring Ron Howard, like it used to be.

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE UPLOADS!

  • OMG he has a mustache X_X

  • After the intro, for about 3 minutes, there was nothing but applause for the return of Lynda Goidfriend as Lori Beth, Don Most as Ralph, and Ron Howard as Richie.

  • At 3:47 Marion says our whole family is back together again. Then where's Chuck?

  • @DarthSideous63

This is where the term Chuck Cunningham Syndrome comes from! Some people have speculated that he is living with Ed Kinisky in Tiger Brady's doghouse!

  • @Smartboy8877 Yeah, along with Judy Winslow!!!

  • @MrJP75

What part did Judy Winslow play?

  • @Smartboy8877 Judy Winslow was a character on a show called Family Matters. She was played by Jamie Foxworth, and she was the youngest of the three children of Carl and Harriet Winslow (a black family). But Judy was only in the first season of Family Matters, and then was written out of it just as Chuck was written out of Happy Days.

  • @NancyHey People think it was because the character of Steve Urkel was added to Family Matters, he was hilarious, and became the star of the show, and the show focused on his budding romance with the middle child, Laura Winslow. The writers didn't think Laura needed a little sister anymore

  • @NancyHey

Those are some very interesting facts! Thank you very much for sharing!

  • @Smartboy8877 You're welcome! It's a fun show, that Family Matters, I wish there were more episodes of it available on YouTube.

  • @NancyHey

I know what you mean. There are a lot of things that I would like to see on You Tube but that nobody has uploaded!

  • @Smartboy8877 ok chuck is mork's son? i watch between the lines story lines you don't get see or hear

  • @DarthSideous63 never heard of him

  • @DarthSideous63 That's what we ALL want to know, but producers wrote him out after 1975 so this it only Richie, Joanie, Marion, & Howard. The Fonz was always like a big brother the boys so there was no room for Chuck.

  • @DarthSideous63 Hey, I found it a contridiction too. I laughed at it myself. Dont be mean, I'm only 16.

  • @DarthSideous63 Which one?

  • @DarthSideous63 chuck was phased out by the 3rd season

  • @DarthSideous63 lol i was thinking out loud the same thing when Marion said that.

  • @DarthSideous63 chuck is always been mork's son

  • This is great. The show was never the same when Ron Howard left.

  • @hfxmusicman

I liked Ron Howard's character too!

  • neverletugo21 What Season Did Ron Howard Comeback To Happy Days Let Me Know I Love That Show One Of My Fav Show

  • @neverletugo21

  • I know that episode. It is wonderful to see Ron Howard and Don Most cameback.
