Clarification again is needed. The NORML Director says that the cannabis was free....hardly. They sold medibles (Medicinal grade marijuana edibles) and marijuana, depending on what staff member that you asked. Oregon NORML made money hand over fist with this venture....and then left the people that operated the Cafe originally, Eric and Shelly Solomon, holding the bag for all of the utilities. NORML said that there were cleanliness issues....nice try at covering your ass on sick peoples backs.
