I have to object with the "awesome job on rendering and animation" stuff... sure it's good if it's an early try, but that below shot especially emphasized its poor quality. The whole thing is too flat and square, there's little to no dimension to it. There's no detail, and the shading is extremely basic.

It does have shadows. just not crappy 1980's harsh ones. This was rendered with realistic lighting so as his feet get closer to the ground, it darkens the area on the floor. Do you see shadows on any lamp posts?
