Naturally, Van, being the antagonist, plays the organ, and has had one brought to the "final destination" to play while waiting for the heroes to show up so he can slaughter them! XD

He could have simply been standing with his back to them, with his hand on his sword hilt, that would have been much less cliched and more subtle!
