This was my favorite Candy Ever!! They had them out when i was 3-4 years old and I still remember them!! My mom gave them to us if we did something good Haha. Me and my sib's were soo upset when they discontinued them. :( I still am upset! lol Best candy by far! I am a huge peanut butter fan!

I totally remember these things totally. "PB don't stand for pet baracuda or pig basketball..." They were just about the size of a Reese's Big Cup but had a thin cookie underline and some crunchy oatmeal clusters as well. They got sadly discontinued supposedly because the family that owned PB Max's -the Mars family of M&M's wealth disliked peanut butter. Dummies.

YES!!! I have been wondering what the name of this product was for a long time. I remember loving these as a kid, in fact biting into one of these is what made my first tooth loose. Of course I didn't know teeth were supposed to come out so I was freaked out lol.

@HaleyIsYouhas The general "nice-ness" of people back then seems to have a high correlation to the music of the time... but while I'm really referring to the 1940's-70's, even people in the 1980's-1990's were at the very least courteous to one another compared to 2000-now. It seems that a higher number of people, from 2000 onward, have become so self-centered... so eager to step all others... just because. Road rage has gotten even worse since the 90's.

@CitizenGatsby The Keebler cookies near what's called Grasshopper (a great replica of the Girl Scout Thin Mints) are round peanut butter filled cookies. They taste quite a bit like from what I remember PB tasting like. not as much peanut butter, but it's a good replacement.

By far my favorite candy bar evermade! I used to eat them by the box. Why oh why did they discontinue them. Actually, on Ebay a few years ago someone was selling one that was never opened. He said he had 2 unopened bars and was keeping one. It had a high reserve and didnt sell.

There will probably never be a candy bar quite as good as PBmax, I'm quite sure of that. Reese's absolutely pales in comparison compared to them.

it's not a candy bar, but the keebler makes these cookies that are chocolate covered, and filled with peanut butter, and from what I recall they taste quite a bit like PB Max
