  • it all depends on your muscular build, some people have a 6 pack some have 8. there is nothing you can do to get beyond that level. Its like some one who has a 8 pack asking how to get 10.

  • u just need to improve other muscles around your ab. so like your back, and alle three stages of your ab muscles.. and u need to train the hips. so that those 7 nd 8th muscle can grow^^

  • @MtLBenzZ indeed.the big secret is to cut of sugar.sugar slows DOWN your metabolism,and adds lots of fats.salt does the same.i cutted them both for 2 months,and girls can see my abs a mile away..

  • cardio,diet and ab workouts will not get you a ripped stomach.using weights and lifting weights with your legs and such tone areas that crunch cannot.this also helps to remove excess fat.you'll most likely look ripped when your body fat percentage is at around 8-12%

  • Well i will tell you know. Doing ab work outs will not really remove the fat from your stomach. They will build up your abs and remove some fat however your stomach will look bigger. Diet, Cardio, and work out then you should be fine.

  • Eat right + 30 mins - 1 hour daily cardiovascular workout + crunches + bicycle + plank exercise and you should see result in 2-3 months.

  • You need to get your fat down, and you need to stimulate your muscles to make them bigger... that combination will get your abs to appear... You can do a simple 8 minute workout, or follow a specific program that burns more fat than 'normal exercises' and you'll be ripped in about 90-120 days or so... If you are skinny... even faster :)

    NO FAT!!! You don't have to do any workouts. Just lose all your stomach fat. And yes, that is fuckingggg hard to do. Probably the best thing to do is about a 4 k jog, followed by 10 x 100m sprints. Do that everyday.

  • first thing before you will even get a 6 pack if your cubby, is to start running (it burns all of the fat) along with that note do a rountine* and after like 2 months or something make a new one so you keep your abs confused that way your dont hit a plataue effect..

    if you rise your legs, your abs are working less (it'd be better if you keep feet at the florr without bindging them).

    Also, i've seen you use your arms to pull your head, that happen when you dont control your movement propperly.

  • of course you need to do it both ways, and also straight.. doing it one way is like working out one arm, you'll get the workout on one side making everything unbalanced, usually not very pretty but more importantly, balance is important for posture which prevents injuries.
