Tony Oxley may be the only drummer who sounds significantly better on their own. I would say he is the best solo drummer there is, but with other people playing with him it can sound a bit congested.
amazing. this is what every musician should strive to do, push the boundaries. love the giant cowbell drags, great sound. all of the haters can die in a fire. if he was playing 32nd notes on a double bass the whole time you would be bowing down. challenge yourself!

@Jarielus YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND NOTHING . THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DRUMMER EVER ! LiSTEN HIM PLAYS WITH BILL EVANS OR DEXTER GORDON OR KENNY WHEELER ...IN THE LATE 60's HE WAS THE ONLY IN THE WORLD COULD BE COMPARED WITH TONY WILLIAMS . DIFFERENT THINGS BUT THE SAME HIGHEST LEVEL TO BE "ON TOP ! "
