A guy called Tetsuya Nomura designed these characters by hand. Then, Square-Enix made the game 'Final Fantasy VII' using these designs for the characters. Then several years later they made this film: 'Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children'
This is all done on Computer (it's called CGI or Computer Generated Imagery)
Aireth is cool but her and Cloud donot make a good couple. Tifa and Cloud are a great couple, though.

exactly. Aerith is better off with zack, i think the only reason aerith was attracted to Cloud was because he'd become like Zack.
