the flute player sucked i couldn't hear him at all i know they start at piano but seriously no volume at all like as if he wasn't playing. and u kept taking breaths every other note. u gotta put more air into ur lungs and play for at least 3 measures not 1/2.

I love both your guys' tones. Staying together I would say was the only problem. Other than that, it sounds like you have been doing bass clarinet for a long time. If you are thinking about learning a second instrument I would suggest flute, (I recently switched from bari sax to the flute) and I think it has helped me tremendously with my lung capacity.

...practice.... and gain lung capacity, so you don't have to breathe so many times when you have the melody. and your notes just over the break are much quieter than those just under the break.

Keep up the good work, it was good in some parts, little off tempo in some. You've probably been playing for only 1-2 years. That's okay! I enjoyed it, too.

The bass clarinet has a wonderful sound and it puts the low sound in a woodwind section, which is awesome because low sounds rock! (I sing bass)

It's okay because are we all going to be the first clarinetists for the London Philharmonic in the first year? No! Keep up the good work.

And maybe get a stronger reed so you can get those high notes a bit more clearer.

Try to work out where the best place to breathe is; you tend to breath in awkward places in the middle of the notes, messing up the tempo and forcing yourself and accompanist to re-adjust.

ur kinda hot but play togeather and practice long tones on your scales so u dont have to breath so much. i know because i switched from clairanet to the barritione saxaphone so practice long notes so u dont have to breath so much and mess up the tempo of the piece.

Splendi, you have such a love of your instrument from your clips. Everyone is telling you to work on your breathing. True...not only how to get more air and use it better, but also to mark your breathing in every piece you play. You must breathe in the same place every time if you are to be consistent, and you will not find yourself running out of air or taking hitch breaths which hardly get any air in there.
