I know that his life as Kevin was more dramatic and seemed to hold more meaning for him, but I wonder why she didn't take him to Chicago. I think a walk down Van Buren could have spurred something in him.
I love this guy because he's such a trouper to go along with this and be open to the experience of feeling a connection to that life and maybe having his mind changed about reincarnation.
The problem with programmes like this, is that far more material is filmed than makes it to the final version, which is edited down to fit a time slot and details go missing. Such as: What was Kevin's surname? Was the ruined cottage the place he lived as a child and why did he kill himself? Also, if he killed himself as Kevin in 1885, he would have had to be reincarnated pretty fast as Tom Jenkins in order to grow up to be a bootlegger in the Chigago of 1907. So many details are missing.
@DavidRayner1947 I heard once that when a person commits suicide, they can be born again right away in a new body. So long as they don't do their time in life to try and learn a lesson which they came down to learn in the first place, they aren't free to move on to an afterlife beyond life. Who knows, right?
Suicide goes right back into uterus. In other words you are now living. "Death, where is thy sting."
On the other hand, when a subject is being analytical I rapidly emerge the subject and back down, each time he'll go deeper two, maybe three or more times. In deeper trance he wouldn't say, "I don't understand this,... "
This is the problem with progressive relaxation. It gives the subject permission to bring his analytical mind along. That is why instant or rapid inductions work best.
So many similarities to my life. He's so much like me that this brought tears to my eyes. I applaud his courage for doing this and I'm encouraged to do a regression for myself. What a wonderful piece, the best thing that I've seen on YouTube yet. Thank you!
Iv been having reincarnation come up a lot lately and this video has some strong points and you can see the change in this guy opinion from when he started and I am glad I got to see this all the way through xxx
@Lindasufos Surely the Catholic university has records of who studied there. Why didn't she check them to see if someone named Kevin had studied there in the late 19th century?
This show is such BS to comfort people afraid of dying and whatnot. Hypnosis does nothing more than opening a person to suggestions. They will make up shit from their own knowledge. Things they may or may not remember while conscious.
What exactly does travel between body's? Is it only for humans? What about other intelligent species in the universe? Is it a soul? How many exists? If its an energy it should be measurable? No? Different Dimension? Can go on and on like that.
He is such a lovely man, and brave.

I think plenty of children worked in bootlegging, they weren't worried back then about child labor and encouraged them to work hard

There are cases where people have been born only days after leaving their previous lives, especially in the cases reviewed by Ian Stevenson, et al.
