You people in the US must be so proud of Eartha and blessed to have her as one of your true gems. i was lucky to see he here in Melbourne Australia at the Hilton on the park 1992. I got to meet her and she signed the programme for me "to Scott love Eartha" I will always treasure this and the memories of seeing a true star.
I also thank you for posting this. I lived in Seattle for 20 years and saw Eartha numerous times as she would visit Jazz Alley about once a year. Last fall of 2008 I was visiting Seattle and noticed in the local paper by mere chance that she was performing. It was her last night and I made a reservation. I was so grateful to see her perform one last time just weeks before she passed. Eartha and Jazz Alley will always have a special place in my memories!
Oh...this was, hands down, the best show I've ever seen(the best birthday present ever ty--honeybunny)...I love you Eartha--you will be sorely missed!!!!
Thanks for sharing this. The song is a version of Philippe Clay's "Le danseur de Charleston". I have another version of it recorded in Australia 1991 goto my account to watch. And thanks again. Eartha is amazing !!!

"21, what a ridiculous age to be. No one is 21 anymore. Try being 81." LOL
"Let me know when you're 91" LMAO
I love you Eartha...I'm 16, I'll let you know when I'm 61, lol
