I just noticed I have the PVW magazine issue entitled "MK4 Madness" that features this car. It is truely inspiring work. This car is all wheel drive and is pushing 500+ with a supercharged and a turbo.  And although I couldnt find it in the text, this car is running some sort of sequential shifter. It was also tested several times on the Nordshleife at the Nurburgring. i can give anyone more info if they want.

I would like to know if he ran the supercharger outlet into the turbo inlet. Also how did he deal with the presure difference between the two?

they didnt specifically mention that stuff but ill give you what I think relates. To allow both s/c+t to run together they needed 3 ecus. 1.s3 ecu 2.g60 ecu 3.custom ecu to control them all. the s/c and turbo supply 2.2bars of boost. they wanted the s/c to be active virtually instantly and have the turbo transition in around mid and high revs, it took 2 years for them to finish the engine to their liking. I guess it is even too complex for pvw to talk about.

With this golf you get handling Power and ease of use that is better than anything lower than a 911 turbo. Plus this is more comfortable has more space and with the added bonus of being complitelly original and reliable.

i think, its an advantage in the lover rpm range because a turbo only gets effective at arround 3000 rpm ...and the supercharger is effective almoust right form the start..so for low rmp supercharger and when the rpm gets hiogher the turbo will take it over....atleast thats what i was thinking ...

they put on a variabel valve timing so that the cam schaft turns more agresive at higher rpms

They just up the boost slightly. The camshaft timing has nothing to do with it, the VVT on the later models is purely for emissions purposes.

No the 180 bhp got a k03s, and got boost bumped up to 10.6 psi, the 20th anny and 337 were not the only editions with 180 bhp any car with engine code AWP (2002 or later) had 180 bhp

fake. Theres only a intake manifold that is changed. Motor is not moving while his revving or starting it. And golf doesnt give that bling sound when starting.
