It sort of does with the sparks and when it shoots off. maybe it has to get up to 88MPH then it shoots off.

This is on PS2 so no mods, more of a glitch.

@mikeh961 The flip video cameras are pretty good but any digital camera that records movies will work. My Canon cam shoots to .AVI files but some are mpeg 1 and some use the quicktime .mov format. it varies but that's what I've seen.

Warning! that may kill your guy doing this in this game. I used a cheating device to make this video. I used unlimited health cheat so if you can find an unlimited health or invincible thing for the PC version that will work.

I wonder if u can help me. I have a fat modded ps2 that plays burnt games but whenever I try to get the Action Replay codes to work, it doesnt. The AR disk is burnt too. After I input the codes for the game, the screen asks me to insert the game disk then press OK. However, that same "insert disk" message returns everytime. Any ideas? Hopefully, I wont need to get a ps2 slim with the pop-up cover to play my Action Replay.

yes there is a cheat but you need code breaker to do it. this is a CD you put into your PS2 and then choose your game (in this case GTA3) and then choose the codes that you want. one of the cheats here that I used was unlimited health and armor cheat. you will need code breaker and a flash drive and an old PS2, this will not work on the skinny PS2's

i'm not sure can you send me a link to his Veoh page? I think the car shooting off is due to a glitch in the game code. i'm thinking if you buy GTA3 today it wont do this so if you want to do this then buy an old copy of the game of ebay or something but it has to be an old copy. a long time ago One guy tried this and he got ticked off and broke his game and blamed it on me.

Codebreaker 8.2 for PS2 (for health & armor) I'm pretty sure it works but it might not work on a new copy of GTA3 so grab an old or used one off ebay or something if you want to do this.

i dunno, i think its a glitch in the game code, chances are if you buy a recent copy of this game then this wont work anymore so if you must buy GTA3 but an OLD copy then you can do this. and please anyone let me know if this trick can be done in a recent copy of GTA3 for the ps2 b/c mine i bought when it first came out, it was my third PS2 game. first was tony hawk 3.second was gran turismo 3.

yeah ive tried this trick at the internet cafe and it works there too, might do a video i dunno. and you can just get a monitor like to a commodore 64 computer that has standard RCA inputs and you just plug your PS2 into that. mono only sound though, if you want stereo hook the audio to a stereo or use a set of computer speakers.

its called Codebreaker, its a disc you boot up in your ps2 and pick your game then the cheats you want then you take it out and then boot your game on top of the code breaker, the cheat where you never die is called unlimited health, use the unlimited armor too. you can find code breaker in game stores or walmart where the video games are sold

I never bothered doing the missions anyway in this game i just downloaded a saved game file and put it on as USB flash drive and you will need code breaker or some other cheat device and you copy the saved game file from your flash drive onto your ps2 memory card and then just load up the game and have fun

I think thats b/c theres a car somewhere else in the game repeatedly blowing up yes thats another codebreaker cheat thats the hella explosions cheat in CB the cars just keep blowing up the only way to get rid of them is to blow them away with the rocket launcher into the water or go to a different area of the game and then come back but the secone trick doesnt always work and the cars will just keep blowing up and the game doesnt remove them from the play area

I have a video capture device that connects to USB port but the sounds on it is very timmy and u cannot adjust the bass/treble so I run the audio thru the line in on my computer and it sounds much better, the software that comes with the device record into standard MPEG-1 Video and you can edit it with windows movie maker or your favorite video editor pending your editor allows importing of mpeg 1 videos
