I got this DVD today and started the drills with my fiancee. She humbled me, I think to much and need to learn to relax. The moving away drill #1 I'm good at, even did it with my eyes closed. Strikes not so much, I kept taking strikes.

Muay Thai is a sport like MMA. Systema is for combat like Krav Maga.

im ordering this, but the random "defense from a chain" is really not that nessesary. lol

i found it to be very good for learning how to relax upon impact and flow with the attack. but yes, it was sort of a random add on. :)
