You can get midis for lots of game music at vgmusic.com; Sasha's theme is probably available there.

Aw!!! This is so incredibly awesome! I love this!! Sasha is my most favorite Advance Wars character and I just adore her theme song. This is the first remix of her theme that I ever came across and I have to say that this amazing. Extremely well done, love the image as well! 5/5
