Dang! That was a crazzzzy flood. I got stuck in the terrible storms that day...I remember the river was already waaaaay over its normal size before the storms that came on June 12th. We had like an extra 4 inches of rain by me from that one storm alone!!
June 12 is my birthday! Yes, I do remember it raining that day, and man it sucked so bad!
