How do u do the ff style menus on vegas?

I created the menu in Adobe photoshop then I just panned the image to the bottom of the screen. I didn't make the resolution big enough though because there is a black spot below the menu. As for the text in the menu, that's the text from vegas not from Adobe photoshop.
