  • @punkmonkey61 also sometimes the substrate could conduct more heat or less eat

  • @punkmonkey61 maybe your tank is bigger so ur temperatures or smaller or maybe the heat pad could make a difference

  • What kind of day bulb do you use? My snakes bulb is a 60 watt but is only 82. but mine is a red bulb. Does that make a difference?

  • my leopard gecko never eats :( and i don't know why. I've tried meal worms, and crickets.

  • Cool setup. Gotta love those timers. Its such a drag to turn the lights off and on everyday. Definitely a life saver. Plus you don't have to worry about being home when it has to go on and off. Sweet vid.

  • I know dude, the day light is to keep the proper temperature.

  • nice vid...just some advice, leos dont need any day lights, a uth is good for em..the day light can injur their eyes since they're nocturnal
