This is beautiful. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost five cats last July, so I can imagine how hard it is. Signing the euthanasia paper for the first one was the hardest thing I've ever done. I have a picture of her like the last one you took of Lucy, but... unfortunately I didn't stay with her (so I don't know if they gave her the relaxer shot; I hope they did.) I regretted it immediately but it was too late.

No, she was given something to relax her before she was put down. This is the last shot of her alive. Thanks for your comments below, she really was a special cat and we miss her to this day.

Your video has brought me to tears...so gentle,loving and touching. Both a memorial to a sweet cat and to the little girl who loved it. I too have lost three cats recently, all three months apart. Loss is never easy, no matter what your age.But you left a wonderful legacy of love for her. God bless.

Lucy, you were the coolest cat ever. I mean, you were potty trained! That was so funny to see. Jaylin loved playing with you and your cat toys. You will be missed.
