Of course an iPhone user is gonna be slightly biased towards the G1, simply because the iPhone is what hes used to using. He tries to make it seem like theres some sort of learning curve to the G1 when in reality its just as simple as using the iPhone. The only true way to get an unbiased review is to give a G1 and an iPhone to a person who is knowledgeable about technology but has never used either one of the devices.

the cupcake update just came out for the g1. the touchscreen is a new feature on the latest g1 updated firmware/software. it is capable of auto rotate as well. you should ask your co worker if he/she has got the update yet and try the new g1 keyboard out from the cupcake update.

G1 actually HAS a keyboard. Iphone has the laggy pice of shit virtual keyboard. Not only that, the iphone cant even have a background. its just black. wtf is that. G1 has scroll wheel, call button, end button, home, back, menu, and iphone has..... nothing. G1 costs 25 a month for 400 text and unlimited 3g, or unlimited everything for 35 bucks. Iphone costs 35 for 200 text and 3g. G1 focuses on camera shots, iphone does not, cuz it doesnt have a camera shot button. G1= win, iphone = mega fail.
