These are Vocaloid pics and they aren't an anime (well at least not the Pink hair lady), this is a (oh how do you say it) Sort of anime band consisting of Japanese techno song (that OVERLY EPIC BEYOND BELIEF).

@iriss2231 Vocaloid isn't an anime. it's kind of long and complicated to explain, so search it on google. In short, it's a compluter program, where you can make songs, and have pre-installed (downloaded?) voices sing them. The most popular of these voices is called Hatsune Miku, who's avatar has long green-blue hair. but the two in this pic are Megurine Luka (pink hair) and probably Kamui Gakupo(the other guy) I don't know how to explain more, so search it up.
