Look for "Belseher paella" in youtube or go to " lapaella. net " for the original recipes of Valencian Paella.

They are very simple to cook.

We never use onion because it makes the rice too much soft. NO GARLIC AT all

We also never mix chicken and seafood. There is a paella with chicken and another with seafood. In fact there is a great number of rice recipes

Cilantro flavored oil??? sorry I´m from Spain and you do not use this oil, we use olive oil, that makes the difference, if not it´s not paella.
