Hey sir - Question. Thanks for the video.

Here is what I am wanting to do - start to develop websites for free/cheap for local business, but, make money on monthly hosting. While I love talking to people, the thought scares me to no end. I think I live in an "untapped" area, and, could easily get 100-200+ within a 100 mile radius. What would you suggest for this?
