Secondly, if the car was traveling within the speed limit, the possibility of stopping in time would increase.But no brakes on a skimboard,so what the hell are they doing skimmin in a busy area? Your counter arguments are crap! It was completely irresponsible

I've seen the other vids - which is why I found this one. So That day, there were children running about; so are you trying to justify what happened due to some kind of territorial argument? The child shouldn't have been there? LOOK - the vid is evidence for itself. The trashy teenager ran down a child! The skimmer was utterly irresponsible!

It's funny when we see it on Youtube, but that kid probably took a little while to get over the joke... I get that he was in your way, and it frustrates me too when that happens, but it wasn't th ekids fault, and he was the one who got plowed over.

yesterday, the whole beach free and some damn kids needed to be playing where we were skiming. i bailed backwards before even reaching a wave and the board continues skiming alone, it was lucky it didnt catch a little girl's neck..

its not like i want kids to get hurt but im sick of them fucking getting in the way, be it skim or skate. and parents dont even care, dont even see the danger. if what it takes for them to notice is a kid getting hurt, then, it will have to happen. maybe their parents will control them better.

cudnt have said it better. they always let their kid run n sit rite down in the little space we need. if theres a rail...they run out wen were going to sit on it...parents just watch. we almost got into a fight not too long ago with this dumb ass family.
