True 360 is ahead buy 400 copys I think. But dont forget it came out like a year before the PS3 release. In my opinion PS3 has better execlusives. I have a 360, do I like it? Yea it's a good system, but some of the qualitys suck. Like paying for online, but for some reason people rather pay then just play for free, and people say, "Oh we have Gears and Halo". Yea Gears is a good game but 2 sucked and Halo got boring. Uncharted 2 mulitplayer is just like Gears. They are both good but I like PS3

The mkv showed that blu ray isn't necessary, just watch the quality in only 4.5 GB. It only needs support from the enterprises to make a dvd as good as a blue ray.

this is how mauch content fhits on a Standerd DVD 5gb's and on a HD DVD 30gb's but with 50gb's a Blue Ray disc is Nerly twice the compaste of a HD DVD

You say standard DVD and then you say a dual layered 50GB blu ray. Why didn't you just compare a DVD9 which can hold over 9GB's of content. Sure Blu Ray still beats it, but 9GB's is all you really need still. Yes Blu Ray destroy's DVD's in terms of stoarage but you have to remember HD picture and HD sound files are huge and what takes up most of the space. I have yet to see a blu ray really take advantage of the huge space for something else other than the movie and some special features.

You still have Blu Ray movies with multiple Blu ray discs just like DVD's. If the HD content wasn't so big in file size, you would have 9 dvd TV series sets on 1 to 2 blu ray discs but untill then, Blu Ray isn't that more usefull, other than the superior picture and sound, so capacity is rather pointless to brag about now.

you know ps3 games are made on blue ray cds, thats how they take full advantage of it.. watch the mgs4 funny codec ( just for fun, but they do take full advantage of blue ray in many ps3 games

I can't help but feel that this had more to do with corporate deals, not consumer response. It's too bad, I think Sony couldn't afford another loss and they bought their way to victory with the film distributors. Still, Blu Ray is kick ass, so I guess what's doone is done.
