@milkopilko I don't think so... rules says only your hands(palms, fingers) cannot touch the table in between points. Elbows and other body parts should be allowed. If he went up the table without using his hands, then it would be legal. In any case, that was an exhibition match :) I might be wrong, but that's what I remember

One more thing.. i cannot understand why people dislike videos like this one. I have seen dislikes at videos that a human being cannot dislike - maybe be out of interest - but dislike?! I used to play myself as a youngster at a team and i was quite good also (haha not very good, and i was defensive also using Yasaka mark-V rubber at 1988-1992 and of course the offensive play with butterfly shriver.. or something like this :P)
