  • the squirrel is trying to protect its back so the ermine does not get a hold of its back neck.

  • The agility is amazing.

  • i hate those salty ermines

  • Comment removed

  • I would of liked but they cut the video off too soon.

  • Fuck the weasel

  • the "squirrel" is really a groundhog/woodchuck. i respect that lil dude tho,he wasnt no sucka going against that weasel/ermine/stoat

  • Damn you tasty squirrel, hold still!

  • They are just making little squirrel angels, they grew up together in the enchanted forest!!! Chill everyone...

  • so funny.....for you idiot

  • Who won

  • ermineking88

Calm down, yes DEER, Squirrel attack deer (Type in Squirrel attack deer) and check it for yourself ;)

  • go ermine awsome wait did ermine win

  • yeah real funny seeing something die in pain, grow up losers

  • @brittier your mean

  • This must be a ground squirrel, weasel even stoat can't just go and fight red or grey squirrel, Grey squirrel itself would actually attack dogs, deer if it is in danger or to save its baby from larger animal, no way that stoat can fight grey squirrel or red squirrel

  • @hum007 wtf!? DEER!?!?

  • An ermine's technique for killing is to manuver itself to the back of an animal and severes its spine with a sharp bite to the back of the back of the neck. The squirrel is obviously aware of that fact and puts its back into the snow to keep the ermine from killing it. Its like a deadly grappling match.

Isnt it funny how animals can be born with a sense of self defense technique.

  • STOAT! It's a stoat - in the winter its coat turns white (apart the tip of the tail).

  • haha et pour vous ces marrant qu'il se batte a mort pff

  • ermine is super effective

  • BETTER THAN POKEMON!!!! (Ermine i choose YOU!), where(in what country(s)) do ermines live anyway?

  • @Ramonerdna Ermines or Stoats(Mustela erminea) Live almost EVERYWHERE! Europe, Asia, North America & even New Zealand! Along with the small Indian mongoose(Herpestes javanicus)-also living EVERYWHERE including Hawaii, they are on the IUCN 100 Most Alien Invasive Species Red List !

  • well, at last squirrel defend himself, squirrel is not much bigger than Ermine, Rabbit is alot bigger, and yet, Rabbit is beat by neck bites after loing time, and here you can see squirrel who give Ermine harder times.

  • This is not a squirrel. A chipmunk maybe, but not a squirrel.

  • @410kyomukan no it's a squirrel

  • Ermine= Ninja

  • i thought it said eminem vs squirrel

  • Next time you think you're working too hard just to keep yourself fed, take a look at this courageous little ermine. Imagine having to stalk, wrestle and kill with your bare hands and teeth something that weighs twice or three times your weight and can fight back. The weasel is the bravest hunter of them all!

  • ermines rule!

  • Squirril 50 Weasel 50

  • lol both of these animals are full stressed out and fighting for their lives and stupid 2 foot mamals with their camera are laughing about it..

  • Hey, idiot, we didn't come from monkeys if you believe evolution! The earth is only 4000 years old. Watch Rr. Kent Hovind.

  • @Nintendo101maniac lol you are more retarded than retardation its self!

1st.. mamals are not "monkeys" mamals is a CATEGORY/GENOUS of animals that feed their children outside their body using their own milk... (a wale for example is a mamal...)

2nd I dont know what you are talking about but earth is of corse much more than 4000 years old.. what ever you read or see in tV is for retards like you and dont apply to reality! For example I am greek and greeks exist 10.000 year at least.. stupid!

  • @Nintendo101maniac 4000???? the ancient egyptians where around 7000 years ago. and the nomads where in the united states 18000 years ago

  • @Emeengor I have to agree with this, I found it pretty hard to enjoy watching two fellow mammals struggling to not die.

  • @Emeengor 2 foot mammals with their camera? O.O Midgets filmed this for a carnie fight!? AWESOME!

  • ermine 100%

  • GO ERMINE!!!!!! SO CUTE ^_^

  • go weasel go!!!

  • Fight for the Kingdom!!!

  • That squirrel is sooooo pwn3d

  • Is there a part two? What eventually happened?

  • @Solowizard I agree what happened. Stoats are known rabbit killers.

  • That's obviously a very experienced squirrel. The Ermine is a ferocious and deadly killer of rabbits, squirrels, rats, and other small mammals. AWESOME FOOTAGE!

  • its like spiderman vs superman!

  • @conorc019 its nothing like that lol

  • that must have been a liberal squirrel lol

  • lol!

  • squirrel didn't stand a chance.. it was fighting for its life.. the ermine was just wearing it down with not much effort

  • @MonocleStoat OK Jack Hanna, I love all you stupid fucking know it alls!!!!!!

  • now when that squirrel merks off ur pet it isnt gona be funny no more.

  • the squirrel was yelling RAPE.

  • 0:22 - 0:26

    :: -primary system fail

    :: -rerouting

    :: -ALTERNATE POWER SOURCE FOUND

  • pause at 0:48 it looks like the Ermine is going to give a punk to the squirrel face lol

anywase yeah this was a hardcore wild animal fight unlike unwild animals.

  • Ermine are adorable and beautiful little things, not to mention badass. So how did it turn out??

  • @Ninjalilly

I think Ermine has much more stamina for fighting + he must bite it successfully just once. doubt squirrell has any chance :) god, a squirrell not running but fighting alone is indicator, that it is already a goner

  • shoot em both with a 22 and call it nice fur and some dinner

  • @mike12703 lol

  • @mike12703 hopefully they shoot you with a .45 and call it reject down and some dog food. i figured atleast one disgusting person would say something like that.

  • @wubbadarger psh bitch ass lib loser ass fagget

  • @mike12703 That's the best insult you could come up with? Ignorance, immaturity, and being uneducated always seem to go hand in hand amongst you trailer trash high school drop outs. I'm guessing you're not even old enough to go to highschool yet, and I bet i'm right. You're probably 13, maybe 14? And you go around preaching these idiotic childish hateful comments, backed by more ignorant hateful comments like "lib" and "fagget". You don't even know what a liberal is, or understand homo's.

  • @wubbadarger no im in hgihs school smart one and im passing unlike ur liberal dumbass

  • @mike12703 So you're not in "hgihs school"? But you're passing? What are you passing? And what makes you think i'm liberal? I'm not liberal or conservative. Calling me liberal certainly is not insulting either. You don't even know what liberal means. You shouldn't be using insults that you don't even know what they mean; also you should learn how to spell & type. Stop this argument, you're digging yourself into a hole and there is NO way to get out. You're a pathetic moron w/no morals.

  • @wubbadarger fine, your a tree hugging fuck. is that any better animal lover.

  • weasels always wrestle their prey...

  • They have to be on Jerry Springer's show!

  • its a fcking ground hog lol squirel would be dead in like 10 senconds

  • @Lichkeeper From the video it definately looks like an arctic ground squirrel. But there are no groundhogs where this video was shot. The building is the assayer's office at Independence Mine State Historical Park in Hatcher Pass, Alaska. They have Marmots there, but comparing it to the ermine for size, it's too small to be a marmot.

  • Who won ?? :p

  • If I had a pet ermine I would name him Herman! :D

And no, I haven't had much sleep yet. :P

  • hope ermine won

  • The squirrel rocked. I hope it won.

  • squirrels are TOUGH...not surprised if the weasel could not kill it

  • @Scrap5000

    no, they're not tough..

  • @Morenumbers123456789 realy? how many have you skinned?

  • @Scrap5000

no one, I like animls. But I know im tougher ;)

  • @Scrap5000 weasels eat squirrels all the time.. so?? i dont get your comment. i see weasels eat squirrels at least once a week were i live

  • I was thinking that at the end of this video the ermine/weasel would have killed the squirrel. The ermine is predatory and it kills and eats animals such as rats and rabbits. But, it took a long time, so it seems the ermine is just playing around with the squirrel.

  • what kind of ferret is that

  • how do you film this and laugh at the same time?

  • That's some crazy sex.

  • That was epic! xD

  • @vegan4theanimals Stfu, the ermine was hungry seriously.

  • @EvanBeMyName you stfu we all understand he was hungry but to sit there and laugh at it happening?

  • @vegan4theanimals Not as sick as your mother tho

  • @Yocrof LMAO you think your tought cause you can say a your mother joke? just because he doesnt eat meat doesnt mean he dont eat your mothers Vage weekly

  • Comment removed

  • @TheHeartBreakTruth That has got nothing about being "tough". Please stop attacking the English language. it has done nothing wrong. Oh, please get help. It's obvious by your comment, that you were molested by your grandfather when you were a kid. I wish you the best of luck with your rehabilitation :D

  • @Yocrof lmao your the one with the mind to coem up with a molestation joke which means i win

  • @TheHeartBreakTruth You win if you get molested? doesnt sound like a very good game. But, what ever floats your boat.

  • dont think of it as death thats being negative think of it as it as a Ermine trying to get a well earned meal. :D

  • It almost looks like the ermine is just playing with it. Usually they get on top of their prey and bite the back of their neck to instantly kill prey, there's no reason it would just be tumbling around like that if it was hungry.

  • when the weasel ran off that stoopid squirrl oughtta have left well enough alone. Silly feker went back for more. I reckon the weasel ate him!

  • when the weasel ran off that stoopid squirrl oughtta have left well enough alone. Silly feker went back for more. I reckon the weasel ate him!

  • MMA-weasel style

  • WHOA chick fight

    :P

  • CHAMO!!!!!!!!!!! D:!!!!

  • so did it kill the squirrl or not

  • !!!!! beast wars !!!!

  • Rodent ball z anyone?~

  • the squirrel is gettn his ass kicked

  • i think it was hunting it 4 practice not to eat it

  • @cedez217

no it wanted to kill the squirrel and eat it. Fully grown animals dont ''practice'' cause the risk of getting injured and the energy loss are not worth it

  • @stefihuntalova so they kill em n leave em ??

  • @cedez217

No, they eat them. Ermines are carnivores that sometimes kill prey larger than itself.

  • @stefihuntalova oh its like a ferret

  • AWESOME SQUIRREL PWNAGE :D :D

  • It's like a pokebattle.

  • cutest ever

  • It's a groundhog not a squirrel..way to big for that..

  • @Gambit58 idk ermine are pretty small, and they are like the same size

  • @Gambit58 No. That's a ground squirrel. They live in the arctic, so they've evolved to live in the ground instead of trees because trees do not grow or are too short to be used as shelter.

  • Wow, he probably wants to eat that squirrel since winter doesn't have as much to eat around :3

But at the same time it looks like he just wants to play xDDD

  • YOU GUYS ARE MEAN FOR LETTING THIS GO ON, no I'm just kidding. damn those little buggers are fast!!!

  • At least the squirrel fought back and gave up like the rabbit.....

  • haha is borat filiming it . you will never get this lalala lol.

  • fyi it is not a weasel.... it is a stoat/ermine they are disntinct due to their black tips of their tails.... thats how you can tell them apart :D

  • @German4footg a ermine is a weasel u know that right. it just turns white in the winter . look it up.

  • who ended up wining?

  • The Weasel/Ermine looks like it wanted to play with the squirrel and the squirrel was scared and it was trying to run way rather than playing.

  • if that ermine wanted to kill the squrril i cold no prob... i trap them and they r so mean if u get bit they will cut right down to the bone!...

  • freak

  • Aw, I wanted to know which one won.

I was betting on the ermine.

  • it's like watching Bugs Bunny

  • geat fight the squirrel is a one level more that the rabbit

  • lol it look like .wen sovester gets into a fight with that bulldog

  • lmao he's like gtf away from me haha .he was tryna get em on the neck im pretty sure

  • who won?!

  • Cool video... Looks like a fun place. Where is that taken?

  • Cool, that is a neat video!

I have seen an ermine chase and catch a chipmunk, it was quite the chase going in circles up and down a small bush, but the ermine did get him. I like the way the ermine always seems so calm and very focused on the squirrel in the video.

  • Eee! Stoats are the best.

  • That's a Squirrel, or a large Chipmunk. The Ermine was toying with it, bfore it really attacked. Squirrels are not meat eaters, so they have a disadventage.

  • holy smokes

    you should get an Oscar!

  • Comment removed

  • that's not a squirrel - squirrel's neck would have been bitten through in no time - that's a marmot!

they have thicker skin and are larger and usually too big for ermins - foxes and martens (larger weasel like creature) hut them normally

  • lol my Favorite animal fighting a squirrel.... nice :D

  • that weasel killed that squirrel

  • How do you know?

  • that squirrel sure put up a good a fight though

  • that squirrel got it's brown ass kicked!

  • this is not funny its cruel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is call nature!

  • You're an idiot.

  • not as cruel as say raping somebody!!!

its tough and its called survival!

  • poor little animals u ppl have no heart at leas i would run in there and split them up before one of them die !!!!!!

  • lol thats what i was hoping for... for the squierel to die >xD

  • ..me too!

  • That's the point, the ermine wants to eat the squirrel. For that to happen the squirrel needs to die. My guess is that with the snow so deep, that ermine had to fight such big prey, otherwise he/she would have gone for something easier.

  • And you would be bitten. And probably get rabies... Pple like you messing with nature is not good.

  • Actually, weasels and ermines aren't major carriers of rabies. Maybe badgers, possibly fishers, but the only thing you'd get from a weasel, stoat or mink's bite is a lot of pain and a hard time getting the creature off.

Of course, if you don't bother to disinfect the wound, then there's a risk of infection, like any major injury.

And while weasels and their ilk are naturally bold, they'll run away if you rush at them.

That stoat deserves a trophy. I guess a squirrel pelt will have to do.

  • ahhhh, my bad. I probably wouldn't go near themm because of the ermine and it being a vicious little animal... did not know they weren't major carriers of rabies. I assumed they were.

  • you fool, you say u would split it up before one of them dies, you would probably end up killing the stoat, slowly through starvation, by denying it a much needed meal. let nature take its course.

  • OMG! Thats terrible. I cant believe cute little fellas like that could be so violent and mean to one another. It's real sad what this world has come to. Free Tibet! Clouser
