i like the dead space games don't get me wrong i enjoy them both and i own both. but it's too much like resident evil 4 and 5 only it's in space. the thrill/scare factors are poor overused. oh wow we blared a loud scary sound. oh no something just busted out of a vent/window. oh no dead stuffs not really dead. please guys can't we make a unique scare?

@a7xfanboylolololol there is no getting used to it. i was never scared by this game. i literally after the first scene where the necromorph burst out of the vent that isaac had to run from cuz he had no gun. i was like oh okay... they're gonna jump out every time i go near something important. so everytime i saw a vent id shoot the vent. which leads to a glitch in dead space. if a scripted enemy jumps out of a vent/location. it jumps out if you shoo the vent before walking near it.

@a7xfanboylolololol so i was never surprised. id see an environment i hadnt seen yet and go. oh okay. something will happen in here. and id just look around get a feel for where it'd come from and go oh okay got you. step forward a few feet and id hear something break and go okay well its not any of X locations so it's behind me or on a wall or ceiling. pan around 180 degrees then out goes the PC and bam dead. there's no thrill. dead space 2 is no better.

@a7xpwns666 What makes it unique is the incorporation of insanity. Resident Evil was stupid just because everyone dealt with the T-virus like it was everyday life. In Dead Space, people kill themselves and each other because some otherworldly force is telling them too. You don't find that in your average horror title.
