it may be (probably is) a weak bill for healthcare,but it is a start to reform. Whatever they pass will provide a basis for further reform, and they will continue to revise that bill until they get closer to a better system. A reform of this size is not going to happen without its set backs and flaws, but we learn from experiencing what doesn't work. Hopefully, if this bill is passed, both sides will start firing out more ideas instead of shooting them down without another proposal.
