suggest they get there sheep in order and prioritize their projects then. still spending lots on carriage sheds, station cannopies and all sorts of other nice to haves. just pile everything into wast removal for a few months to keep the waste trains going. also, with a turn over the size of this railway, and the asset base held, any bank or private invester would put up 2 million for a fair return, or do you want to eat and keep your cake?

@waynehenshaw Think your missing the point there, the whole project at Sheffield park is Heritage lottery funded, they can only spend that 2million on the museum building. And the lottery fund will not fund a rubbish tip removal... no investers yet, thats why i assume most people who work down there are playing the euro millions.
