yes, I work for Neuros, I think you made the right choice on the OSD. We're very actively evolving the OSD, there's a great amount of attention being put on it. I'm with you about needing it explained!

This is helpful. Even more helpful would be a step-by-step tutorial of how to connect to the internet, how to get online, and connecting to the TV.

Yeah, we're working on that. If you look for user NeurosTechnology, they are putting together a series of tutorial videos. Things are moving pretty fast and again, this demo is largely already obsolete

Do you work for Neuros? I love the products. In fact, I had never used the MPEG4 recorder and ordered the OSD thinking it would be easier!

This demo is already pretty obsolete, we have thumbnails, etc now. Check out "music videos on the OSD" for a partial demo of the new interface. I can't put other links in here, but the inquirer has a review today (July 31)
