This is by far the dumbest thing I have seen. Just...dumb. The jurisdiction of the state court is created by the state constitutions. The Tenth Amendment of the federal constitution allows the states the power to create those amendments.

I found out later that to enter a plea is to enter into a contract. Once I plead not guilty the bailiff gave me a piece of paper and told me if I do not post bond by 7:00 PM a warrant for arrest will be issued. If you do not plea. The court does not have a binding contract. If the court enters a plea on you behalf and you object, the court has no binding contract and cannot prosecute you. Both parties must be in agreement for a contract to be binding. I lost at trial

I screwed up.The judge wouldn't allow me to ask any questions. She told me she was going to enter a not guilty plea. She did not like the practicing law from the bench line. She was screaming at me like Judge Judy to enter a plea. She refused to grant me a continuance. The bailiff was standing next to me giving the false assumption that he was waiting for the judge to order him to cuff me for contempt. I am ashamed to say I was a fearful and easy target. I plead not guilty. {To be continued}.

There is a slight problem with the response posed at around the 8:00. In almost every state, you are required to sign a valid international contract with the state, stating that you are informed of the various traffic laws and are ,upon the acceptance of said contract, bound to follow them. That is why the make you sign your DL, as proof that you did, in fact, accept the contract.

Valid Contract with the State, well what is a State? When in the DMV going thru their written driving test, they go over the Rules of The Road, e.g how much space between U & the car in front of U should there be, how close not to park near a stop sign, double yellow lines mean ..., white dashed lines signifies lanes, yield signs etc. Then road test U on the same stuff. If the contract is valid with the 'State', why not test people on the provisions (statutes/codes)?

Also, why aren't these provisions, terms & conditions (statutes/codes) ever Included in the contracts? Who else actually signed this contract besides the so called Driver? They use an electronic signature of the Chief Administrator of the DMV on the license so who is the contract Really supposed to be with then? If not with the Chief Administrator, then it has to be with the DMV Corporation & then how does a Natural man enter a Valid Contract with a Corporate FICTION?

@Elementlmage That is why you sign everything with a stamp that says "without prejudice UCC 1-207, UCC 1-306" and sign your name on top of that or next to it. google it for more info. it preserves your rights

Great info, exept I have ran into a judge that dont follow the law when you represent yourself.

Remember, you can never be sentenced to jail in a civil court, unless you are in contempt.
