This film was originally shot in color (Kinemacolor) and was the first horror movie ever to be so. The acting is wonderfully naturalistic for a silent film - especially on the part of the girlfriend. Thanks for sharing this.
@3investigators No, the first horror film was The Haunted Castle, from 1896, type in at google List of horror movies, and you will see, and this is a remake of the 1910 one, so ya!
Where did u get this! I've been looking for it for ages! U should also check out the 1912 version its on u tube! (also have u heard of the one made in Britain in i think it was 1908?)
