Most awesome band ever!!!!! Anyone have footage from 92-93 Greek Theatre, CA during the thunder & lightening storm? BEST CONCERT EVER & I have seen a lot of good bands!!! Please post if you do!
Love it! Lovin' The Crowes since "Shake Your Moneymaker".........man, that was a hell'uva run through the 90's. Still love 'em, it's (like some of the comments I've read) they single handedly restored my love & outlook on good old American Rock & Roll. Others followed, but the Brothers Robinson & Co. CRANKED IT OUT! Saw them in the spring of 94 (Memphis in May) & won't ever forget that or the era......Epic! This is one of my favorites from the 2nd album....(Killer) Thanks for posting , Rock On!!
@MegaGum1 hell yes...I remember. But the best was at my wedding where i swore there wouldn't be any crap music at all. I still remember the stunned faces of our guests as dinner began, there in the backround, quitely playing like typical crap dinner music was "Thorn In MY Pride". I had forgotten about my selection, but drunk as I was I had the biggest smile as these boys played for us while we ate. Best wedding music ever by one of the greatest bands.
that's damn right it's Steve. He's the only other permanent Crowe aside from the brothers.i've seen them many times and this band is solely responsible for restoring my faith in music when there was so little else going around. What still makes me laugh is that when Jealous Again came out..i called them a ripoff of Keith Richards 'Shouldn't take it so hard'. What a moron I was..I learned real fast though.
I saw this when it originally aired. And haven't seen it till now. I've looked for it on Youtube and never found it till now. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Saw the Black Crowes support the Rolling Stones in London in the mid-90s - life was never the same after that!

Marc, Johnny, Eddie, Chris, Rich, Steve. Kicked the whole worlds ass for those few beautiful perfect summers.
Those of us that saw em...remember.
Wake me when the day breaks. Show me how the sun shines. Tell me 'bout your heart aches. Who could be so unkind?
