@Casadorperfect I hate to sound rude but you are wrong. As of the current chapter in the manga it is unknown what happened to Rin. She was never mentioned in the manga outside of Kakashi Gaiden and in a couple of flash backs "Obito, Rin what should I do?" She is presumed dead since Kakashi mentions her a couple of times along with Obito. Also about 20 chapters before Kakashi Gaiden Kakashi states "All my friends are dead."
