This is not all thr way true....yes you can outsource an idea to a developet but if you eant to become a mobile develipre then you need to learn programing. For iphone apps you need to know c and oop(object oriented programing) once you learn that language you can pretty much do anything programing wise on a mac. For android and blackberry you need to know java basics and .net for win mobile platform. But if u have an idea go ahead and pay a developer. But if u want to make a career out of it
