As a kid in dover I seen flooding almost as bad as this , in the 70's . We had to leave in a boat . Richards ave always seemed to get flooded back then . I never seen the water make it over any of the bridges thow .

This song almost made me cry! For a lot of people, it is 5 feet high and rising. Makes my 6 inches (basement) seem like a baby puddle.

All the years I had lived in Dover (many yrs ago) I don't believe I ever saw it that badly flooded out. Mercy me.
