  • bogus.. I've been pitching for 15 yrs i don't see this as an effective tool for the bio mechanics for an athlete. especially for someone who is starting out.. totally wouldn't recommend this. NO WAY!

  • I have to say this is a great tool. After ordering this for my daughter, she said, "Oh yea, I've seen the city team use this at games". The city team is the team to beat for us! So far it has really helped my daughter with her "plane" and gained some speed in the last 3 weeks. It is great too for warming up before each inning and on those days we don't really have time to practice for a full hour.
