About saint in Islam , my borther in law is muslim , he come from Morocco. He told me that every islamic country have its own saints. In Islaam - Worship is to Allaah (God) alone, which means all prayer, supplication is to God (Allaah) alone.
If a person invokes in prayer / worships a Prophet or an Angel or a pious man (saint) or an idol etc - Then the person who does this is a Polytheist / Pagan.

About saint in Islam , my borther in law is muslim , he come from Morocco. He told me that every islamic country have its own saints. You just don't have a specific name for it (saint for us) , I know there are several shrine for people who are being seen as holy in Pakistan.African have marabou , I don't know enough about the middle east to extrapolate just like you did on christianity ( Saint are basically pious people who made something who seem extra ordinary when it happened).

The majority of the 1.5 billion Muslims are Sunni (90%).
Shias are a minority and do not represent the vast majority.
It is the Shias who believe in 12 Imams and NOT main stream Sunni Islam.
This type of extremist Shia thinking is a threat to Sunni Islam, to the Jews and to the West.
However, I think the Iranians (whatever we think of them) are quite calculating and not suicidal. They know that if they ever used nuclear weapons it may lead to the destruction of the Persian nation.

However, if you listen to official Iranian speeches to domestic audiences you can conclude:
1-Shias of Iran have great hatred for Sunni Muslims
2-Shia Iran wants to spread their religion into Muslim (Sunni) countries
3-Iran's agenda is to be the main power in the region along with Shiism as the main religion.
4-Iran wants to topple Sunni rulers.
This is the REAL agenda of Iran.

Only around 10% of Muslims are Shia. The largest concentration of Shias are in Iran, Iraq, the Gulf and Lebanon.
This concentration in the Middle East is the problem. Iran publicly supports terrorist groups.
The Shia extremists need to be dealt with soon and it's time we all woke up to that fact. Ever since the Shia revolution in Iran in 1978-79, the Shias have caused trouble in the Middle East.

Why? Because Islam orders with Monotheism (Tawheed) - The belief in 1 God and the worship of God alone.
The Shias worship their Imams, in a similar way to Catholics worshipping their saints.
Thus many Shias are NOT even Monotheists, but are actually polytheists/pagans.
Polytheism (Shirk) has NO PLACE IN ISLAM.
Without monotheism (Tawheed) there is no Islam and no faith at all.

1)Issues 1-4 in your first post could be said in reverse eg sunnis have hatred, want to topple, be the main power etc. 2) Same with extremism, others would see them as defenders, resistence fighters etc. 3) Same with your shirk example, people worship their sheikhs/rulers, dead saints/scholars, which is widespread. All your points could be said and applied in reverse. People do not enter janna just based on titles alone. Leave judgement to God and worry about your own deeds.
