So then I'll throw them away! It only took about twenty minutes to make them while watching TV... and they actually make good chucks for freestyle, the angles where the brussels have been chopped off are great for grip, and they flex a little too.

I don't think anyone actually eats the stalk though... that's one reason I like them, they were just going to be thrown away, so it's recycling =D
