Satan is real, real, real! People running around only talking about "Praise God!" need to realize that yes, God deserves all praise, but the enemy is trying to take you out every day, and if you don't put on the whole armor of God, he WILL destroy you! Thank you, Rev. Smith, for yet another anointed Word from God!
did he say at 5:13 about old wife finer then new wife it says in the word that u shouldnt put ya wife away that yall in twian and become 1 flesh nd that if any man marry the wife or the man after the divorcin witch shouldnt be but they commit adultry can someone help me clear this up bout what he was talkin bout nd that scripture is on Mark 10:6-12
So are you trying to point out a corrupt comment or an iniquitous statement? To me he did not say anything wrong; just because dicorce is unlawful under pretenses other than dicorce does not mean divorce or multiple marriages don't occur. What are you trying to say?
well he didnt specify if the divorce was because of death or anything he's just saying he cant promise that your new wife is gonna b finer the your old wife he didnt get into reasoning ..But yes it is a sin to remarry if you are not a widow ...but our God is a merciful and loving God
@whtrapper89 He said "I cannot promise you that your new wife gone be finer than your old wife". He is speaking on the present condition. It is a reality that people joined together in matrimony do often divorce or "put away". Luke 16:16-18 reads "The law and the prophets WERE until John: SINCE that time the kingdom of God is preached and every man presseth into it. And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail". (to be continued)
@pocu2005 God does not like "putting away "but because of the hardness of mens' hearts toward their wives, Moses (even under the law) appealed to God to allow men to give a letter of divorcement to the wife in her hand and thus the marriage was dissolved. In verse 18, Jesus is speaking of the Law which, at the time, He was subject to and, at our present time, are not. Brother Smith, however, is not advocating "putting away". He is simply stating the current realities. Lighten up kinfolk.
In my opinion this young man is one of the best closers I've heard!! This is what I call flat out preaching!
